The dev's slave, i mean partner, AKA Acewinz, writes a couple messages a day at least, last one 4 messages above yours.
don't worry.
Still early for an ETA but they're working on it

I've been promoted thank you! I'm now slave driver! Cell is well... mostly enslaved in a rendering cell and seems content there oddly enough. The new guy, Wiz, is still in the process of being "broken" in.
Hoping there is more anal action with Monica coming in future updates. Too bad story line doesn't lend itself to Monica getting DP'd What about Elaine and Bella giving up the ass?

We have plans for that, but we have some things to do knock out first. Definitely won't happen until the early parts of the game are revamped up to the final art standards of the game and get a little polish and music.

I stopped at my mother's best friend, this has become a cliché in some games, I read that the developer doesn't want incest in this game but it looks like he changed the script to escape patreon's impositions

Most of these games are tropes and cliché, at least at the start. What you do with from that point though is the important thing.
