inherit' the beach house, car and 100k...does not form part of any will. The will has been settled. For the rest of the estate (which does not form part of any will), all perfectly legal conditions to get extra. if not, the
trust states...if no one wants to bother and/or meet their conditions (to get
extra), the money goes to charity and the laws of settlement of a trust are not the same as they are for a will. In fact, they can be even more iron-clad and undisputable. The conditions of a trust do not come under a legal jurisdiction like a will does.
Again, nothing that the trust condtions state are illegal in any shape, way or form.
