Because if season 2 release as dlc, wouldn't the steam name just gonna be Where The Heart Is and not Where The Heart Is: Season 1? That would imply that he plan to make it two separate games no?

I just can't understand what is going on with me. I normally learn towards the older LI in these VNs but Monica and Zarha just do nothing for me. Maybe my eyesight is getting worse

Most likely, what will happen is that as soon as there is more than one download available for the game, the main Steam page will change to "Where the Heart Is" and all of the available downloads (Season 1, Season 2, bundles, etc.) will show up on that page.
