i'm guessing we have to do a new game with the latest update right? Is that what Rev means, like Revitalize or something?

I didn't. But I updated to the latest steam version from an earlier steam version.
If you're playing the pre-steam version, there's no update, till the steam version catches up.
I'd assume Rev means "Revision" - I didn't even notice it tbh!
Confused/confusing version numbering is one of the drawbacks of playing games in active development.
Episode 1-24 --> The original game.
Season 1 (Rev 1 - Steam) --> Season 1 of the revamped game for Steam. It covers Episodes 1-10 of the original game.
Nonetheless being a revamped version, I guess that "Rev 1" stands for "Revision 1" (leaving the door open for minor tweaks).

Now that Season 1 is available on Steam, the Devs are working on Episode 25 that will conclude the story. Plus they have announced that a few "fantasy epilogues" which are non-canon should be released after Episode 25.
My personal guess? I don't expect Episode 25 before Spring/Summer.

EDIT: Yes, Season 1 is a different game from Episode 1-24.
Saves from Episode 1-24 won't work with Season 1.
BUT: If you played a Beta of Season 1, its saves will work with Season 1 Rev 1.

We're shivering up here in the UK with soggy dead leaves all over the place, temperatures fluctuating like crazy and rain, lots of cold rain. We had snow a few days ago then temperatures shot back up to double figures again. It's a crazy start to winter. Feeling a bit jealous of you lot just coming into summer

Did anyone unlock the Hitman mini-game where we can murder Zarah and hide her body? I tried naming my MC 'Agent 47' but it didn't work and Zarah is still there. Plz help thx

"Season 1" is a remastered version of episodes 1 through 10 of the "Episode 1-24" download. Season 1 looks a lot better and there are new scenes.
My humble opinion is to download both, play Season 1, then Play Episode 1-24 but use the Start Any Episode feature on the main menu and start playing at Episode 11. This will walk you through selecting the love-interests and choices you made in Season 1. Then just play the rest of the game normally.

Can anyone tell me if the incest patch for this is worth it at all or am I just coping and seething for something that will never make logical sense story-wise and will it just end in one big bitter plot hole disappointment?
