I consider myself pretty well versed in the adult VN world, but about the only NTR I play is female protag (doesn't count right?).
But totally missed that trope, not really one of my kinks.

Don't play many NTR games - even if you can get past the problematic POV, most are straight trash as games (with a few notable exceptions), especially those that ride the BBC fetish hard. all games should be released on a Friday, at 17.01 utc exactly....only in rare occasions a few minutes delay could be tolerated, yet not more than 15mins...all players of such games have to be in the utc zone in order to play those games properly...no fapping till Saturday 19.01 utc allowed though....all games should be deleted in the Sunday till 23.59 utc..no delays allowed there
