Unless it isn't. It's set up to make people think it's a lose-lose situation, but that could easily be the biggest red herring of them all. The MC doesn't see a way out, but maybe there is. Maybe Elaine is genuine when she says she's working on things with a lawyer to ensure the MC gets his fair share, maybe there's a hidden clause that says the money defaults to the MC if the other women don't meet their conditions, maybe it was all just a twisted game by the MC's Dad from the beyond the grave and the money was always going to be his no matter what. There are many ways that this apparent lose-lose siuation could actually work out in the MC's favour.
I don't take these will conditions at face value and I don't see it as being the whole point of the story. The whole point, for me, is the intrigue, suspense, and mystique around this "Rat Race" style chase for money, but not that the conditions must be met either way, otherewise how does the MC win? To be able to get both and thumb his nose at his Dad for putting him through this and making him think he had to jump through all these hoops would be the most satisfying of endings.

IIRC...the MC's father told him Monica wanted nothing to do with him anymore (I'd need to double check that dialogue)....but the rest I agree on...it does seem a small place...everywhere is within a short proximity to everything else...very odd they never bumped into each other.
I know you like to make stuff up and thorise to suit what you want at times and believe is true but this is law stuff we're discussing (within the framework of the game, which is based on reality), unless the lawyer is lying...with a legal document....you have no choice but to take the will conditions (for the MC) at face value. It's a will..being read by a lawyer.. End of.
(That's not to say a loophole cannot be found though or disingenious ways around it that the detective agency wouldn't spot)

"Making stuff up" is basically what fiction is and it's why anything is possible in a fictional story. There being a way for the MC to get both is therefore possible. It's not necessarily what will happen, but it's not necessarily something that can't happen either.
Also, the lawyer wouldn't be "lying" if he didn't mention another clause or if there was another document related to the will they hadn't disclosed because the conditions of disclosing that information could be such that it only occurs at the point when the 3 parties have either met or failed their conditions.

Well inheritance law is different in each country and I we don't know which one Cheeky is basing it on. Or how much he actually knows about it and how much creative freedom he takes.
Where I'm from as a primary inheritor you could just say fuck anything in the will and give me my base part of it. You'll probably get a bit less but given how the dad set it up who cares.
What usually makes an inheritance convoluted is that most of the time the majority of the value is tied up in assets. Houses, companies etc. Often with people having sentimental attachments. If it's just bunch of cash sitting around somewhere (or at least the cash dwarfing the other assets), like it's alluded to here, division gets trivial.
But then there's rich people shenanigans. Not an expert but they like to hide stuff in foundations, "charities" and the like to avoid taxes. That could maybe be used to skirt regular inheritance law.
Realistically MC should get his own lawyer to look out for him. With 100k he got that shouldn't be an issue. Even if he doesn't think of it himself we tell plenty of people that should know better. When it's about millions throwing a few grand at a lawyer to make sure you aren't funked over is a nobrainer.
Ultimately what it comes down to is that this is a porn game and lot of legalese talk isn't what we want to read. So unless our lawyer is a hot woman up for some sexy-time, as unprofessional as it may be, I don't think it fits into the game.
The will is here to give the story mystery, tension and drama. It's believable even if maybe not totally realistic. It serves its purpose.

One could really say that the Will/conditions actually is the story. Everything else just surrounds that in some way. And despite HB still wanting to prove otherwise, even if there are other clauses that can only be disclosed after the final reading...the will still has to be taken at face value as it's a legal document being read by a legal guardian who is bound by the law himself. So currently, we know our conditions. End of conversation, set in stone until further notice.

THIS IS A WHOLE INSTALL ON NEW PC DIDNT HAVE ANY SAVES TRIED TO PLAY FROM BEGINING BUT HAD THE ALL IN ONE MOD INSTALLED HAVE TAKEN IT OUT AND WORKS FINE NOW ONLY NO WALKTHOUGHPlease put errors in spoiler tags

Yeah, we know MC's conditions and we know the other two also have to meet their conditions to get anything. I will be surprised if their conditions are not somehow linked to the MC to add more drama, that's also a more likely way to get more if not all the inheritance.
Sounded like Elaine's conditions could be more complicated than the MC's and the 3rd we don't know yet.

Yup..unless Elaine actually tells us...I can't see at this point how we're going to find out either of them. Ultimately though, it matters not, we know what ours are, unless story wise, we want to make sure we get it all and screw the others over.

I really want to fast forward through the next two or more updates and get to the will reading. I know I'm odd but the lewd content has nothing new to add at this point, the MC has fucked everyone (if going the man-whore route), and watching the girls scissor/orally pleasure each other isn't of interest to me.
If I was to have one complaint about the game it is the length of it and the relative ease of having sex with everyone. I know Monica was a slow burn but at this point there's no anticipation (sexually) and now we want to see the story progress but have to wait for some more lewd content to happen - which to me is unnecessary filler (as I said I know I am weird).
