I don't think Zarah is ugly. Though she definitely looked better with long hair. My main issue with her is how aggressive she is from the start. That is understandable though. She knows between the girls and their friends the competition will be high. She's just trying to get first crack at the mc.

Despite previous statements, I don't think she's ugly either, at least not in a pure physical sense. It's always been her personality that's rubbed me the wrong way, and that's why I don't like her.

Well MC said he had crush on Bella since he was 13... We know MC is 19 at the current state of the game (his mother died when he was 11 and says that it was 8 years ago). So that makes it 6 years that he had the hots for Bella. So if she was even 18 back then that means she's now 24. To me Bella looks at most 27.
