So what you are saying is the devs should completely butcher their entire character development, story and premise so you can have an awkward as fuck "harem" with a group of women that can never speak or come into contact with each other and MC that has to set a schedule of who he will see that day in what would soon become the most boring sex management game on the web?
Saying porn games are ridiculous is fine but what the fuck is the point of a building a story and characters if they don't mean anything?
They may aswell just scrap the game and turn it into a fuck fest, what would be the point?

This game is a fuck fest. The entire game is full of oblivious characters (of all shapes and sizes) who all conveniently find the MC irresistible, fuck him, and immediately ask him to keep their relationship secret (Katie, Jenna, and Monica don't want each other to find out; Zarah doesn't want Monica to know, Debbie and Lily don't want each other or Katie to know, etc). But no, a harem is a terrible idea that is too farfetched because of the character development? Instead we are supposed to believe these women can all decide to fuck the same guy and all ask him to keep it a secret from each other? Or that a mother and her two daughters, who live in the same house, are all fucking the same guy and they are all unaware of that fact? They are all such sound sleepers, the walls so sound proof that they can't hear each other being fucked? The mother, when doing laundry, has never noticed the cum stains on her daughter's clothing? Or the cum explosion on the couch cushion?
The game has too many women and not enough lewd content in each update of each woman. If a player wasn't fucking Lily, Katie, Jenna, Monica, Bella, or Elaine (the most disgusting bang) this update had no content for them. And since a harem ending is definitely not happening (supposedly) that means that a player who picked Debbie, Zarah, Angel, Jolina, or Wanda has to wait or hope that at some point in the future there will be an update with content including them. After all the player should only pick one woman to be with, right? That lack of content is exactly why a harem situation, though unrealistic, would aid the game. Either that or all of the women being fine with open relationships. But nearly everyone the MC is with wants and needs to be his one and only.
However, a harem ending would be just that - an ending. There would be no sex management sim because the game would end. And it could simply be a non-canon "fan requested" ending. No need to destroy everything they've built in their game full of women who never talk to each other about sex, are hard of hearing, and like to keep their relationships secret from each other.
I'd recommend trying some different paths, and answers to see what comes out.
