Yes, Debbie appears to have no interest in other men, but she has a clear interest in this man, the MC, and they can have had sex several times by now. At this point I think the most obvious way the story can go is:

You (MC) know you have to leave Monica, Jenna and Katie to get your hands on the will...

But any or some of them need to seduce (or maybe get impregnated by) you and then kick you out to get their hands on the will, thus leaving you with nothing. I would vote for Monica knowing this, but I would not rule out the girls or even the friends are helping with this.

This would exlpain why Monica is flashing her assets around from day one and why everbody wants a piece of MC (either that, or this is a adult porn game, one at least must be true).

And it would also give a hidden reason behind the girls to be extra nice to you (apart from MC having a huge dongle). After all we do not know who else is in the will, so it could be anybody with sick/hurtful conditions imposed by the father.

As for all the groupings, many groups do not make sense long term, but, hey!, the Cinderella story ends when they get married. I mean, Monica and Zarah could bang MC together, it does not mean they have to live together forever. The same applies for other groups. In real life, many people bang in groups but very few if nearly none live in relationships with more than one other person (where both are willing).

Even banging Lily and Debbie would probably not last in the long run, the longest I could band my girlfriend and her lesbian lover was 4 years (dramatization).

I have no idea how you managed to annoy her.

It's pretty easy to get the good sex scenes. Just don't treat her like a bit of meat when she visits, pushing her for sex then isn't going to work, soon enough she invites him back to her home and they fuck in the shower, twice, then on the floor. Then they fuck again in te library a few updates later.

If you try pushing her for sex before she's ready then that's on you. She'll only go at her own pace not yours.

That's not how wills work.

Only the MC, Elaine and whoever the third party is can get the money, the will can't be passed on to other people.

If the MC fails his will conditions the money he would get is split between Elaine and the 3rd woman. If one of the 2 girls fail their conditions it's split between the remaining 2. If both girls fail the Mc gets everything.

Nobody can take the will away from the MC, only the 3 named people can walk away with the money.

Checked the game, it's start of episode 11, she is talking her usual crap while laying on mc's bed, but mc is distracted thinking about the message from his dad, they have a chat and she asks if her and friends can use the beach house.

Well, wills in adult games could have different rules. And maybe Monica is beneficiary in the will and only gets the money if she holds a baby from MC, or else gets nothing (or she only gets her share of the money if blood ties her to MC, so Monica, Katie or Jenna would have to get pregnant from MC), it’s a far stretch (very far) but could be possible.

After all, in real life I am not sure a will can impose you not seeing someone (I am not sure how wills work in MC's country), but from where I am (Spain), by law you cannot even leave a son or daughter without inheritance (buy law a third of the assets of the deceased get divided to the offspring, and another third of the assets must go to either one or all) you can only freely dispose to a third party one third of your assets (that is the 'legitimate' part, the 'improvement' part and the free part equally divided).

Also, some or all will conditions could be partly or totally mutually exclusive, meaning e.g. if Monica for fills her conditions it means that MC fails to for fill his, and maybe Elain can for fill her conditions independently (or not), there are many possibilities.
