Hi All,
Just wanted to give you an update on episode 19....
We are still aiming for a November update. It will be pushing it very tight to the end of the month, but we still think it's do-able.
The planned scenes are still the same:
Bella, Elaine, Beach-house (Katie, Lily, Debbie) and Wanda.
No concerns with getting the writing complete on time but artwork will be the bottleneck as we are re-doing a lot of the beach-house scene. Similar to Monica / Zarah in Episode 18 (and Jenna in 17), we had made some upgrades to another character for episode 19.
However, after a lot of scrutiny from me, Ace and Cell, we are not 100% happy with the changes (She looks good but ever-so-slightly different). So we are backing out of the upgrades and sticking with the original. That means quite a bit of re-rendering but we think it's worth it, rather than risk fucking around and changing someone's look. Especially someone that (in hindsight) didn't really need any improvements.....
At this stage, it's looking slightly shorter than the last two episodes and it's usually around this time that I decide to start adding extra scenes, etc.... But going to try to learn from previous mistakes and avoid this for now....And avoid another 3-4 month gap between episodes by constantly extending it, rather than just releasing.
Will go into some more details regarding the episode content as the month progresses along with some further details on completion status, render count, etc....
Will also release some teasers tonight so you'll get an idea of what's coming....

Yeah those early days scenes were the best, when occasional nip slip was the highlight of an episode. She's no longer standing out as the milf but kinda blends in with the other characters which makes her meh.

I really love this game. Perhaps is just me, but... i am the only one who think that the game, focus to much on Katie? You really sees Katie too often, compared to her mother or younger sister. I understand that based on our choice we can made an harem or anyway choice the girls/women we like more. But based on how many times we see her, look like that Kate is the canon girl in this game. I really hope to see more and more about Jenna/Monica/Elaine/Bella. Really happy to read that the next update is focus more on the last two i mentioned. Cant wait to finally bang MC's step-mother
I also like Lily really much. And I'm losing interest in Debbie because she's too insistent on the lesbian relationship she wants to have with Lily. I wanna help her, but just to let Debbie bang one or two time Lily. I am not interessed to help her to start a serious relationship with Lily. I hope that in game i can choice if i wanna help her only for some random fuck with her bestfriend. But nothing more.

I agree and have been thinking the same thing for quite a while. To me, the growth is attributed to the level and depth of the writing and the story. But it should also create an emotional connection, positive or negative, to the player.

There is no harem here. Devs have said it multiple times, I say it at least a few times a day, how the hell have you missed it?
If you help her it's for a full relationship.
Debbie is a lesbian. She lets the MC fuck her but she's mainly interested in Lily.
She never married his dad, she isn't his step mother.

You are right, I have been far too vague when telling people no harem is available.

On a more serious note though if we are talking about EP 18, the carnival was started by Red and taken over by Cheeky after his departure. We were sort of in a rush to finish the renders there and didn't have time to redo some we may have otherwise.

Personally I don't think you have to justify anything just because a few people aren't/weren't happy with the final outcome. Overall it came together nicely and not every character is for everyone. You and the other devs are doing a great job, although.... a few more story bread crumbs wouldn't hurt at this point....
