We the reader may think he care not, but if what we are to believe is Donald's mo he hates everything, but out of all that he has distain for. Donald cares for 3 People enough to give them a chance to receive his money, but cares more about his son and ensures he is not penny less nor homeless.

yea so, if he screws over Elaine to help his son it is a win win for Donald. and a win for the MC I'm not playing for the benefit of anyone but the MC. If Elaine is a bad guy then Great she got screwed over, if she is a good person to MC then he will have her over to create new memories.

so Donald Did care in his black heart. but what if Monica did chase Donald causing the Breakup and was the true Viper. just what if.. what if Donald sought the other GD to have a child he would be proud of as Elaine did not give Donald. and that got him Theresa.

You WIN LOL But as a Man form a very strict background I can see where Donald might not see it that way. all in perspective. Growing up Love of the Father was in a form of a test, Can i do it. How old are supposed to be Jolina and Bella? They sure look closer to their 30's then to their early 20's.

When did Donald Start seeing the Second GD Dizzy?

That's a really good question, but we really have no actual base on which to guess.
As Avaron well points it must have been some time for Dizzy to be in the wills or even to be considered a gold digger by Donald. Ok, Donald was a jerk but to start calling a mistress "a gold digger" he must have been past the initial infatuation and starting to be on a routine phace. So Dizzy can't have been last month's fun fuck.

Yet, still we have no way to guess. It could have been like 2 or 3 years, it can be a lot for an affair. In that case Lily could have a compatible age. She looks 21-22 old and Cheeky is pretty good at portraing age. At lease way better then those games where the middle ages milfs look at worst 25 old.

But i still think it's very far fetched. Again, how did a rather elderly business man meet a maybe 18-19 old middle-upper class girl with not a care in the world and get her into his bed?

It would have had more sense if Lily was from a difficult environment, maybe in relative poverty, then a wealthy aged man could have had his appeals, or if Lily was at least 10 years older, hungrier for money and poorer of dreams and romance, but this is not the case. (Before some lady from the forum hates me, i'm spreaking narrative wise, about how to build a character that works in a story, i'm not trying to portray a generalization of women).

Mods are third party and not endorsed by the devs so don't really get mentioned, I don't know of any personally.
