I think, through the end of Ep24, the game forces the player to make the choices:
Katie -OR- Monica
Bella -OR- Elaine
As far as I know, neither Zarah nor Jenna have an impact, but you're correct that there's no way to keep Monica/Katie/Jenna.
i had a terrible feeling and was so upset with myself when katie said that she heard monica crying in her room and that she suspected that monica's boyfriend broke up with her.

Yeah, that doesn't sound good
but I haven't seen that scene. I have never let things progress that far. I rejected anything but a friendly relationship with her from the start. But then I'm not averse to multiple play through's of a game so once I work out what's going on in the first run through, I know how to avoid a lots of the 'unwanted' scenes in subsequent runs. Guess I was just lucky that on my first playthrough I went with Katie, Lily and Debbie. Just can't avoid Lily, she's so impossibly cute.yeah i hear you Lily has one of those natural bodies that was made to breed and bear children, she's got the skin, the not huge boobs but not small and a ass for days and her face is probaly one of the most beautiful in the game, i had to reject her and debbie for katie and jenna or if i did or not i'm not sure i rejected them because i never got a scene to were we had the converation about breaking up.Yeah, that doesn't sound good

Pretty sure I've seen a comment somewhere in this thread that said Jenna is happy with whoever you're with. I haven't tried it yet but, if that's the case, there should be no issue getting Lily, Debbie, Katie and Jenna. I'll have to try that next. To date there are 2 possible pregnancies: Jenna and Bella.
