This one is fun, thank you Mr Fable. One thing that bothers me though, during the scene with Dr Eva ( btw) why did the guy stop after she came? Did he even finish? Women aren't like men who are done after they've cum/orgasmed once. I feel like it was a missed opportunity for him to not finish inside her, or did he? And the game didn't show it or tell that it happened?

life isn't porn sir...there are actually lots of women who can't go more than once. not for the same reason obviously, but they can get hyper-sensitive...i've literally had a girl kick me off her once. not consciously or on purpose, but i assumed she was still good to go and she was pulling away and accidently/violently kick me in the stomache to push away.

Thank you. Someone else with sense who saw it as strange. If they had been interrupted mid sex sure, or if she had even said "Stop I'm too sensitive" then finished him off another way. But he's sat there on the chair like he'd just had the orgasm of his life. I was half expecting her to start riding him while he's sat there, but nope he pulls his pants up and they're done.

So is there a way to slip into NTR if you're trying for NTS? I'm down with sharing/open, but Neil can go fuck himself. I wanted to try and save Dr Ava from him even, but she seems far too eager to get him into Sarah's pants. She had that one dialogue/scene where she explained how she got there...and btw...what the fuck was she doing with that guy anyway...she's a smokeshow and he's middle-aged, balding, mostly unattractive, and depressed/not fun, talk about unlikely people to seduce a gorgeous woman like her to betray her oaths....anyway...other than that scene she doesn't seem regretful or hesitant AT ALL to destroy 2 peoples lives. Her inner dialogue should feel conflicted...unless you want her to be as detestable as Neil.

Before the flashback scene you can see that she is remorseful.
And the idea was that the patient was one of her oldest , so they have a lot of history between them. And it's the last time they are meeting.

I missed to mention it. Yes the guy finished inside. Multiple orgasm scenes will come later as the story progress.

Apparently this game has different routes, with some of them having nothing to do with sharing/cuckolding. Like cheating, ntr, faithful. At what point should we expect for male MC to stop contemplating "do I want my wife to get some strange cock or not?". And actually express that directly to the scheming doc, instead of all the avoidant replies we are being offered. Because that wishy-washy attitude is getting tiring for players who aren't planning on following nts routes.

This not something a man contemplates for long. Either you like it or you don't. And if you are not into it, the reaction upon hearing it is visceral. Relationships have broken at a mere hint of a suggestion. The way he behaves makes his whole character very unrealistic and seems more fitting for a purely nts game. Especially in therapy scenes, where the obvious reaction of someone not into it, would have been to accuse the doc of being completely unprofessional for insisting so much. And this is a game that at least tries to be somewhat realistic in its build up and dialogue, so that part sticks out like a sore thumb.

If I have my way Neil will never get his hands on her, I just hope the dev doesn't force her on to him that would kind of ruin the game as so far we have had complete control of how their relationship evolves. I don't mid sharing or swinging but Neil is scummy.
