Maybe I wasn't clear - I am making both protagonists consciously avoid NTS and NTR. And it is working other than the forced voyeurism - that is what prompted the question about do they really matter.

Forced voyeurism was central to the plot so intentionally did not give an option to walk away.

I have a concern for the immediate future, having played 1.5 release, and trying to steer Sarah and Alex into sharing path.
They are already beginning to hide stuff from each other.
I would hope the next update contains some honest dialogue, with full disclosure between the two about events and thoughts going forward. Without that, proper sharing cannot survive. There will be too much distrust if it is allowed to continue, and it will all be cheating, until that situation is remedied. The loss of confidence in the partner is very crucial to further events, and just becomes a setup for NTR.

NTR needs more setup than NTS, and such a setup can easily be resolved with simple communication, so it's not really a problem if things LOOK to be going that way.
Nope, NTR needs no setup at all, other than dangling the bait in front of a willing victim. In fact it obviously only requires one person to be persuaded, not two (and more if you really thought about it, which you haven't, going by that statement)
But for NTS, it is NOT a matter of "finding out after the fact" making everything ok. It is not "simple" communication. It is intense, for BOTH partners in any ongoing relationship. Why must it be early, before anything occurs? Because by that time, the mind has already cheated and lost trust in the partner, and where the mind goes, the body follows.
Where the body goes, the mind follows.
And there goes your "trust".

Sadly a lot think NTR means only one thing, let alone NTS , a huge majority of AVN's only have the one blinkered route; the dickless male mc is always the one cucked and the wife/partner is always the one cheating etc, here the developer has the chance to produce a stand out title that doesn't follow the rest of the boring flock of sheep. But alas I fear the boss will corrupt the wife and once again the mc loses out ??.
Don't know how you think that control asserts itself only over the body and not the mind. If there is domination, it can be applied to both.
And strange that you bring up the control topic at all and think in that terms. There is something inbetween "domination" and "trust" - which seem to be the extremes you are focused on - and it's called "human". Man is free to fail and to be tempted and to betray. No ammount of communication is going to change that. Most humans in such situations can't be trusted - and they can't be dominated either. But they follow the impact of sexual and emotional experiences the make in the moment. That's what I mean with mind following the body. And to bring up domination everytime you get reminded of that fact of human nature doesn't lead anywhere.

Dev, I understand that in addition to ntr/nts, there will be a loyalty patch in the game? If so, I think you need to put it in the game description (or indicate in the tags) that ntr/nts can be avoided, so you can possibly attract more players to your game, since not everyone uses the search to find information. At the moment, the game looks good even for me, who doesn't like ntr/nts. Good luck with the development.

This is just a philisophical discussion. The breadth of the human experience is vast.
But I brought up domination, as that seems to be the mainstream trope followed in AVNs, which are just fantasies really, and mostly divorced from real world experiences. Whether it is physical or mindful depends on the situation of course, but the majority followed in NTR tropes in AVNs is one of some form of it (domination) I could make you a list of those tropes, but I am sure you are already aware of them if you have played more than a handful of corruption or netorare "games".
Whereas that is so rarely the case in NTS, that your assertion that the mind follows the body is antithetical to the genre.

I gave it a full-star review, but I really hope not all the females in this game are just some combo of bitch and slut. I mean, it seems like Sarah's the only one who isn't, right? 'Cause since a big part of this game is about the male protagonist, the other female characters are super important too. That psychiatrist here was such a bitch; she totally loved seeing a chance to screw up Sarah's life, and she's smiling and happy about it.
