I think those can work, I just think it depends on how far along they are in the 'new relationship'.
Just my opinion, not asking for changes.
I wouldn't call it being cuckqueen or cuckold. For example if they go through with a photo shoot, mc is mostly gonna watch. He may not go and pose in front of camera with fmc. And in the same story path but in a different scene, fmc might just watch mc mentoring the new intern. Now I wouldn't call either cuckold or cuck queen because they are giving each other the same freedom. Those terms makes more sense when one of them is always (or most of the time) is watching.

Have you ever seen the FMC's friends be more on your the player's side than the FMC's? Almost in all games where Netorare is a main part, the FMC's best friend and other friends support the FMC and push her towards being a slut. We never saw the opposite, and it's funny, why do FMC's friends always have to be like this? why shouldn't we have a Netorare game where the FMC's friends and her best friend discourage her from being a slut and get upset with her? I played a game the other day that was the opposite, and I personally really enjoyed the avoidance of clichés
"Whispers of Desire" is another game that hasn't gone towards a specific cliché so far. It allows the player to defeat the antagonist (we have a loyal path) and so on. If you haven't played this game, I definitely recommend it to you
If the points are very low, the photoshoot will not progress beyond a point.
Also for the love path my recommendation would be to collect some of these points here and there because otherwise some scenes will be locked later. Just for arguments sake let's say there is a h scene between fmc and mc in the office when no body is there. Logically I think they would at least need a few exhib, voyuer points before they will try something like that. It is difficult to add different fetishes (even if only between fmc and mc) if all points are always zero.
