There is no walk through as such yet. But if you want cheating I recommend to have a relationship score below 47( not absolutely necessary but gives more options) before you start chapter 4. Then you should select to go alone to the photoshoot and not tell Alex about the last two outfits.
One distinct difference between the cheating and cuckold is keeping it a secret in the first path.

How do I get the relationship score lowered? I played a few times and it's always between 49 and 50.

A few options are Alex interrupt when Sarah talking to James in gym. Alex says the swimsuit will not look good on Sarah. Alex discourage playing volleyball. Alex says let's do something else than dancing during dinner. Sarah considers it when Neil asks Sarah to come alone to club.

A walkthrough would be a tremendous help. I was able to get the relationship points low (around 41) but I couldn't get to the option of not telling Alex about the last two outfits.

How do I get the relationship score lowered? I played a few times and it's always between 49 and 50.

What I do is make a choice that I think is in the direction I want and then look for the points flashing in upper left hand corner. Cheating path you will see negative points for their relationship, positive points for corruption etc. It is fairly intuitive. Sometimes I simply scroll back to the decisions and choose each one to see how it affects the points.

That's what I use the Universal Points Descriptor for, it tells you in advance, so no need to check the (new) points relationships notification and scroll back if necessary.

Yeah, it just puts the variables into the choices so you have a visible idea of what things might do, like this:

So I know choosing the bottom option will give +1 to Sarah's lust and her relationship with Neil, and leave a "true" marker against the other variable.
