Does new TL works with this version?

Theoretically it should. The version posted here is the "Extended Edition" which the patch was made for or the alternative "DMM"/"Windows 10" editions which are just the digital versions of the "Extended Edition" without the Mini-After Story content that was available as part of the "Extended Edition" as a separate disc. I don't know if you can do the new patch on top of this pre-patched version, but worth a shot. Though should be noted old saves aren't compatible with the new patch since they changed a lot of things under the hood. Someone did upload a torrent of a pre-patched version with the new patch which I have been using personally with no issue. To note though, the new patch offers a variety of options such as subtitles for certain cutscenes, the PDF novels, and more. So I ran the patch on top of this pre-patch version just to make sure it also included all the subtitles and such using a custom installation after running the patch installer.

i downloaded game from here (from mega) and used v1.0.2.0 patch selecting all options which downloaded ~1,5 GB. Total size is approx. same with the torrent file. Only uninstall file and install log seems to missing which is not important. Game is working fine.

Does anybody know why videos are not playing on the patched version. There is only a black screen when the game tries to play ED and OP. So far i finished the introductory chapter and i might have to watch the videos on youtube.

Check their discord server. They just released a new patch and they also offer a .dll which might solve the issue.

Fixed the issue. You have to rename the folder to something else. The folder was called White Album2, just put a space between Album and 2 and it worked. I wouldnt have tought of this, what a wierd bug. And yea, right on point with the ps.

Yeah, I had the old unpatched version and then installed the newest patch on top.


Anyway I just finished IC yesterday. I liked it as much as the anime, although I think I liked the way anime handled certain things a bit more. For example how it began and ended with them playing their theme song at the school festival.

On to CC next. Does anyone know a good order to play the routes? I'm thinking Setsuna's should be last, but what about the others?

Why is the coda not translated in this build? The Todokanai TL patch translated the coda, and not just IC + CC.
