I honestly don't remember this game really having any impactful choices, but I'd imagine you get some level of choice in how far you spread the milk and how many people change because of it. Probably has an affect on the demon plotline too.

If you shared Jane's milk with Carmilla, then Leila gets pissed with the small amount she gets even though she just spent a huge amount of energy to make Jane's tits bigger temporarily. It's possible she won't want to help with the upcoming trouble.
If you didn't give Jane's milk to Carmilla, Leila also grants you a wish, which is a choise of making Jane's tits even bigger for that scene or having safe sex with Jane, also Leila being happy that mc and Jane are trustworthy and loyal.

That said considering the dude uses vanilla HS, like 3 scenes, as well as mostly stock extras, poses, and animations its still kinda crazy he moves this slow.
Gonna assume that spending time on the game just isn't one of their main life priorities.
There really isn't a BE AVN with a high enough quality to compel the others to improve tbh. If someone filled that void they'd probably make fat bank.

Definitely feeling like the growth has hit a peak for me, personally. Probably one or two chapters ago, come to think about it. Still, I'm invested enough in the characters to probably hang around a while longer, even if the lewd content isn't really worthwhile. This update was about as shallow as a kiddie pool but I want that Kiara romance dangit!
Holy shit that Mirai/Kumi scene was incredibe! The only thing that'd make it better is if they made out and drink each other straight from the tap (any of them really). I'm reaching my limit too in terms growth, but still a ways to go. It only go up from there tho (story wise hopefully and maybe sexual)
Loved the scene too. I'm sure the reason it didn't go further is because he's already playing with fire considering they're sisters
