The game files, at least, are pre-censored, so we'd need a patch. AFAIK the developer hasn't released one, I don't see anything on their blog. Looks like there's another game out very recently too.

Yes you can.

The sequel is a weird tower conquest thing, with completely different mechanics. This character appears in passing and has some CGs.

There aren't even any assets for it in the game files and she is not an option. The game just ends once you conquer the white witch.
