Yeah, that's the Affair aspect of the game. My game talks a bit of the yin and yang philosophy, and there are some symbolism that show it. The black and white colors are very important in my game: the stars and the night, the color of the letters of wholesome and Affair. They represent the dichotomy and the struggles of the MC and the choices that you'll make.
Wholesome: Good for someone's health or well-being.
The relationship the MC have are good for their well-being for every partners he dates because they both feel good when they are together and have a sexual attraction for each other but...
Affair: Some women, who MC dates are married, or in other relationship, and they have to struggle between this new feeling of love or the loyalty, tradition and old feeling of love they have with their husbands.

I'm not saying you shouldn't make a game with cheating content, but having "Wholesome" in the title comes across as misleading since wholesome in porn context is mainly the feel-good moral kind of stuff. But hey, there's a big audience for this stuff too. Good luck with the game, hope it does well.
My game have a lot of wholesome content. Is one of the key aspects when I started to create it. You can romance just one woman from the beginning to the end of the game. So, the MC is not the one that's doing the cheating.
Besides, the married women he dates have a lot of problems with their husbands. And another noteworthy element; the husbands are either evil, bad guys or bad husbands. Hence, it will be a feeling of catharsis; giving them a taste of their own medicine. You can call it karma and have the "feel-good moral kind of stuff" that you mention.
Moreover, if the player decides to go for the "Womanizer/Harem" path he will tell the women that he doesn't want any serious relationship. Thus, they both agree that is just to have sex and enjoying each other without expecting to be a "serious/romantic" relationship.
So, the title is not misleading the players.

Nice story and gameplay is decent..u should probably try to improve sex scenes and add repeatable scene like struggle of sin or peasant quest

Thank you for actually playing the game. Yeah, you are right: a lot of the sex scenes need to be improve and I do plan to add repeatable scenes, but what people should understand is that the game is in the earliest state of development. I'm working in the remake of the game to also improve the visuals and at the same time I want to finish this game this year.
