I got Easter Egg last update at the end. When i started to play, Mr Vision is saying " i know what you like", and then i get an error, ignore twice, game shuts of... Any ideas?

I really want to play this game but every time I try I get confused with what I am supposed to name the characters so the game makes sense. I figure Vanessa is Mom?? Brad is Dad?? Kendra is Sis?? Bobbie is Bro?? Sandra is Aunt??

When talking to Alex (who I assume is my cousin) there is dialogue that says "..Busy with you AUNT too....?" and it loses me there. Maybe I am just slow! I have tried to search the answer but have only found cryptic answers, but I am lost.. HELP!
