I don't know if there are any NTR tropes that I am a fan of but there are a ton that have zero interest in or actively avoid. Things like blackmail, rape 'em til you break 'em, old creep, fat creep, bbc, ineffective MC with little or no control over the situation.

I could enjoy a story where the netori is a decent guy taking the girl from the typical NTR antagonist.

Most NTR is about negative emotions (anger, jealousy, helplessness etc.) and that is basically the opposite of what I am looking for in these games.

Most MC's in NTR games are pathetic, which seems to be the point at least with netorase, and are not enjoyable to watch or control.

NTR optional games can be fun but there is a tendency for devs to focus on one path more than another, or the game ends up being about constantly blocking the potential netori's. LI's are completely different people depending on which path you take and the MC tends to be inferior to his competition (looks, money, charisma etc.).

I play games for the story and to have some control over events. Sex scenes in a game without buildup don't really do anything for me. I don't like when games start off with a sex scene with people I don't know anything about even if it is the MC. If it is forced NTR then I don't have any control and from my perspective it is like playing a game that is impossible to win.

The most frustrating thing to me about NTR is that by design the MC can't really do anything to retaliate. I can't remember the name of the game but there is one where you start out with a cheating wife, once you catch her you have some options to deal with her like kicking her out of the house or taking her back as a sub. I don't know if that game would count as NTR but that sort of thing I can enjoy. The helpless endings are not something I can enjoy.

I completely disagree. NTR is made at the rate it is because it's popular whether you like it or not. It gets 100's of doujin a year, many of the top H-games are NTR and a lot of the top H-game creators make NTR. I wouldn't say it's the most popular fetish but it's definitely very high on the list with only generic things beating it out.

After I said that, the main problem with F95 is the different treatment of NTR fans and NTR haters. See, I don't care about your kinks, NTR included. Oh, 'afraid' even? I don't mind some competition, or people already being in a relationship that you witness but don't interact with. I don't need to fuck every female character in a game.
