Why is rule 7 a thing

Apparently you can’t read even read the text you have bolded. I expressly stated it was a non-pornography manga. So there for it doesn’t break any rules for this site. Second I’m not arguing about the site’s rules, those are set and can’t be changed by us no matter what (not that I want them to change). Lastly the question was for the people reading the statement. If you can’t actually answer the question asked stop responding to it.
I'm not sure what the point of your original question was - if the character doesn't feature in any erotic content, then your question is entirely off-topic, as this thread is meant to be about characters who feature in erotic content.

My original statement was about the fact each person draws their own conclusion on what they count as “Loli” content. I offered a question that doesn’t break any rules to see who counts it as what.

Well, it doesn't really matter what any person thinks counts as "loli" content. What matters is what the staff thinks. And they made it clear in the rules that they favor appearance.
As long as the backstory of a character doesn't make it clear that a character is pre-pubescent (e.g. by saying "She is 8 years old"), only the appearance counts. The narrator can claim that the character is 14 or 5000 years old, if she looks pre-pubescent, the game gets banned.

Also, the matter is not "loli" content, but content with pre-pubescent children. Loli characters that have clearly entered puberty are fine as far as the rules of this forum are concerned.

There's ~200 games with more pages of discussion, more than 600 with more views, and thousands with more reactions to the thread opening, all this for a five years old game. But yeah, sure, Black Souls II is one of the most popular games...
Games like Our Red String or Straitened times have had more than three times more everything during the same time, and I don't even talk about Grandma's house (4.5 times more reactions, 3.8 times more pages, and more than 6 times more views), that is one and half years younger and actually popular.

This being said, yeah, the girl looks barely pubescent, but unlike you I know the rule 1.7 and will quote it, putting a small bit of emphasis where it's needed:
"Content (a game, image, video, story, animation, etc.) depicting nudity, sexualization or sexual/erotic activity involving prepubescent character(s) is prohibited. A "prepubescent character" is one that visually shows no sign of puberty, or if non-visual is otherwise clearly intended to represent a prepubescent character. 2D and 'unrealistic' depictions are generally looked upon more favorably. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member.
  1. This includes translations, bug fixes, etc for banned content."

Chick is a drawing (2D part, check) depicting a half-human, half-chicken (unrealistic part, check), that have near to no other (if not "no other", my memory isn't anymore what it used to be) sprites that the one you shown; facial expression variations not being counted. Therefore, yes, there's sexual interactions with this character, but so little to see of the character and the said interactions, that it's totally unrealistic 2D representation, as well as it's marginal presence in the game, are enough to trigger the "looked upon more favorably" exception.

I know that we are on a forum full of porn, but sometimes one need to forget about his boner and let blood flew back to his brain.
I mean completed game with no (or very few) updates. Of course patreonslop with 8272525 updates will have more pages to discuss new content.
Still, with 600 pages, I'm pretty sure some mods heard of the game and even played it. Even more when you add the pages of the first game and Red Hood Woods.

 The thread was posted by a staff member, you dumb ass...

But it's funny how you totally discarded the part actually on topic. It's almost like you don't care about facts, especially when they prevent you to complain about made up situations.

I answered your question for both instances. Non-pornographic and pornographic, your inability to understand the answer is a YOU problem.

So there for it doesn’t break any rules for this site.
https://f95zone.to/threads/game-uploading-rules-2024-02-29.524/
  1. The games uploaded to the site must be adult in nature, do not upload games simply because they contain sex scenes or nudity (example: The Witcher). Note that the No-Sex tag refers to softcore porn content, not SFW games.
Lastly the question was for the people reading the statement. If you can’t actually answer the question asked stop responding to it.
I have twice, if you refuse to read the rules, don't jump into a thread discussion about the rules.

Okay, stop replying since you clearly have nothing to say to me.

See the issue is that the word Loli has been skewed to mean that. As most normal people think of banned content when they hear or read that word.

Then read the fucking rules, including tag rules and list:

1741783755381.png
TS;DR: Loli are undevelopment girls that ere not prepubescent, thus making them between around 9 to 12 to 18 old. But as this is written again and again and again, it means if the character represent that of a girl that have not reached puberty and have not (enough) develope primary or secondary sex characteristics.
So, if a fictional girl looks like a girl who has not reached puberty, then is according to rule 7 not allowed and same applied for male. The decision board for that is the staff and the staff only. Therefore, any game x with character y is here, but game a with char b is not allowed shall be bring forward to the decision board. Also if someone find content that may violate rule 7 shall be brought forward to the same decision board.

I don't understand what is so difficulty about that. Or do you discuss every deciscion the highest court in your country has ruled? Why had the Supreme Court of the United States in Roe v. Wade ruled in favour of Roe and why have Supreme Court of the United States in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization ruled in favour of Dobbs?

/E:
For the pure argumentation, if someone would have include a charcter that looks like Tracy Lords in their game, they would be save here. Where most of her movie in most of the world are considered **********.
What would be more interesting, as Advocatus Diaboli, would be having an (certified) adult porn actress with a child like body in a game. As in this case we could prove that she is an adult, but then again, I assume the "A "prepubescent character" is on that visually shows no sign of puberty" would apply here too, regardles of the character itself being an adult and a real porn actress.

I'm just trying to make sure the nonsense you are trying to muddy the waters with doesn't become a misunderstanding, there is enough of those going around already.

It's doesn't matter what "most normal people" think ANYWHERE the ONLY thing that matters is how it's defined here and what the rules say about it...

No, when hearing "loli", normal peoples think about "lolita", not "lolicon"; normal peoples don't even know the word "lolicon". Therefore, for them a "loli" is between 13yo and 18yo.

Funny how everything you say happen to be the strict opposite of the reality :/

Congrats on not reading anything. Why does everyone keep assuming pro-loli/shota the second these convos happen? Hell, for as many people that get pissy in these threads "Just don't allow it" should be a take they suport.
With all due respect, I'm slightly less interested in you restating exactly the same position over and over again than I am in discussing literature with a tin of condensed milk.

I liked that one, one of my personal favourites is "If I wished to converse with vegetables I'd walk to my local Tesco's..."

And that's not even bringing Tiny Tove into things.

Yeah, they're very obviously all 200 year old vampires.

Completely unrelated, did everybody know about Anne Rice writing smut?

I've known since the early 1990s.
I'd be all scandalised and ask how if I didn't already know from personal experience. ;)

Edit: One of the things that reliably gives me a quiet chuckle when I remember is knowing (in the drinking sense) some authors who have put their own slashfic of their novels up on AO3.
