I asked simple questions and I got a rambling wall of dense text that talks in circles in run-on sentences and paragraphs.
I am not going to read all that.
The games I did glean from your lengthy and rambling response do have those tags - whether avoidable in game or not.
The best way for you to avoid the games with rape are to steer clear of games with the tags I listed. Especially based upon your assertion that
"rape makes me both sad, angry and overall discussed [disgusted]... its puts me in a bad mental state."
You could even add 3 more tags you wish to avoid in the filter on the Latest Updates page. That's under the current system. When the new tag system is unveiled -- in months or years -- they plan to expand that to 20 maximum to exclude.
You still have 10,264 games to choose from. That is enough of a selection for you to play a different game each day for more than 28 years, and by that time, you'd have more than 4 times as many to choose from to continue ... or go back to the 10,264 and play their updated versions by that time.
You are not doing your best to avoid them if you think you see a tag which is affiliated with non-consensual sex and think you can avoid it in some way.
Blackmail is non-consensual. Corruption is non-consensual. Drugs (when attempting to dope potential partners) is non-consensual. Mind control is non-consensual. Slave is non-consensual. Sleep sex is non-consensual. And, of course, Rape is non-consensual.
Are there exceptions? Yes.
Are there games that make it avoidable? Yes.
However, if you are that averse to non-consensual sex - you shouldn't even bother with them.
Just exclude those tags ALWAYS and then you are doing your best to avoid. Period.
