Do not buy for 35 buckarinos on steam its not worth it. having played the steam demo i can tell you that Its better to wait till release and then wait for 50% - 90% discount. also half the sliders in the old demo version do next to nothing

By the way...can anyone tell me how to use the site's advanced search?
The one that allows you to include/exclude tags, engines, and more.

At the very top of the web page you should have a link called Latest Updates. Click on that.
There should be a set of filter options on the right hand side of the page. If you do not see any filter options, click on the little 'antenna looking thing' on the top right corner and it should expand the options.

It can be, and if you try leveling your servants it actually does say "level up" when they level up, but its much easier to level them if they are not your servants because they can attack you to level up. Its pointless to try it with higher level monsters/slave because of the way lower levels can level so much faster. Its like that same xp is required to keep leveling up and they level up faster and faster because they are stronger and hitting harder and harder.
I had Ogres doing this at first because a whole group was swinging their clubs at me and hitting each other so much which still counts towards attack xp even tho it doesn't technically deal damage to each other. But it was leveling them much faster that way. With patience you can do this with anything that can attack you. Even the slaves in the Iron Creed castle has one that is always trying to punch something, sometimes just the air, but sometimes she is making contact with another slave and even moving forward slightly with an attack. They can't deal damage but the attacks still count as xp so it levels them. Its slow, but if the slave is really low level that first level won't take forever. I got one to hit me until I couldn't take it without risk of one shotting me, but she would turn toward another slave and slowy inch towards her until she made contact and eventually she got crazy high hp bar so I freed her. She ended up being level 201.

I leveled up a Reaper by spawning in 3 of them and letting them all hit me and each other and the lowest leveled up quickly. Eventually I couldn't take the damage anymore and dominated it. But by that time it could kill anything and now its level 198. It seems as long as you start with a low level it will always level quickly even after you dominate it. I had a Werewolf that I leveled to 150+ (idr), but once I think it got stuck or something and it just disappeared, but the next one I got there bugged on a corpse and shot up in the air and died when it landed. I lost patience doing that so thats when I tried the Reapers.

Btw I think the highest I've seen the Archdemon is 190. Have you seen it any higher?
since I had a collection of disappointing birthed servants and finding it slow to be a punching bag (or tedious on the lose-sex side as also generating XP for the opponent if attention wandered and I accidentally died-lost), I found that if I created a palisade arena (using wood palisade) of large enough diameter, I could just spawn opponents and have them fight my low level offspring - levels them up well enough, doesn't require as much attention to not dying. Sort of an arena. Werewolves work nicely as arena-fodder. Haven't gotten up over 100 yet but path is there.

This is basically how I did it too. I start with letting them hit me because lower levels don't deal much damage. While they are doing that I check their traits to see if they are favorable/unfavorable. If I don't like them I kill the monster and look for another. Once I get one I like and its leveled enough that its dealing lots of damage and each hit becomes slightly concerning I dominate it. Then once its mine I can spawn in enemies for it to kill preferably Reapers. If the servant starts taking too much damage (which it doesn't if you've pre-leveled it a lot) then you can just put it away and then take it back out and it has full health again.

That said, all this might moot when the we get a chance at the new build. Supposedly, the early access launch on Steam was more of a success than anticipated. Not sure how updates will be dealt with on subscribestar tho. Meaning, we might not get anymore updates outside of Steam from this point on, just not sure. If the build currently posted here had working birth and parry skills I would be completely fine with it as a finished product. Dungeons go empty after a couple times going in them and the loot is completely gone after the first, but its still one of the best builds I've played so far. I've been able to manipulate the stamina regen as well so I'm not fighting the game and the monsters, just the monsters. That all might change in the next build, who knows...

All of the iron deposits are on the opposite side of the map.

If you start at the fisherman hut and head south to Graycott, there are 5 or 6 places on the other side of the mountains where iron spawns and they are usually marked with a tall stone spire and the area is usually surrounded by wolves or bears.
There have been a few maps posted on this thread made on older versions that have things like that marked, but I couldn't find any to link here after a quick search.

Hello everyone.
Please tell me. How to get fish. I mean how to catch it, but I don't see a fishing rod in the crafting system. Or is there some other way to get fish?
