Hello everyone.
Please tell me. How to get fish. I mean how to catch it, but I don't see a fishing rod in the crafting system. Or is there some other way to get fish?
If you want some fish - you need to get even, so go right into this warm clear ocean, swim closer to any fish you like and just grab it. Like I said, you need to get even with fish and they are as smart as you, so they wouldn't go away.

Interesting... I would never have guessed.

As far as I know, there is no fishing in the game. Kind of a shame, honestly, it would have been a nice addition to the game. A little peace and quiet, without something trying to kill you every few dozen steps.

Agatha, in the town of Graycott, sells raw fish.
Some of the tougher monsters (nightmares, Minotaurs, Drakes) will randomly drop fish as their loot.
You can occasionally find fish as loot in various barrels and crates.

PS: If you have no money, you can sell things like cloth, ores, wood, and pretty much anything else you can harvest. Barnabas (in the town as well) will buy things like ores, wood, leather, your old armors, and cloth and Agatha will buy things like wheat or anything you have cooked.
You can also sell your babies to Agatha, if you are desperate for cash.

As, DeadHessian82 said, there are rocks all along the beach that you can pick up. They are small brown blobs on the ground and they respawn about every 15 minutes or so.
Also: You didn't ask about this, but there is wheat to be found right on the beach as well. There are other patches in that starting area, but they can be hard to see if you are not looking specifically for them.

I bought this game on Steam and have been playing it for 2 hours but i still can't find iron, does anyone know where to find iron ?
Personally while there is iron up in the hills I have almost never bothered to mine it, rather I collect other stuff like fiber, make it into cloth (generates experience points plus you can do it in your self-menu, and then go to doing other things as the crafting progresses) and then I sell the cloth (or sometimes some further crafting like cloth boots) in the village and then buy iron ore from the smith.

Quite efficient, I normally can get enough to craft early on - in first few levels, a iron axe and pickaxe and eventually sword without having to trek into the more dangerous territory.

also one can buy rocks from the smith, over time I have found that rather than collecting it myself, the much easier less pain in the neck collecting fiber and transforming to cloth or cloth products to sell and then buying iron ore or rocks is better (and also xp generating on social side).

Well, I was saving that type of information for the advanced classes. Let the newbies master the art of hunting and gathering, before teaching them about complex subjects like social interactions and the trading of goods and services.

Desperate times called for desperate measures, but it was a win-win for everyone involved.

I got some cash out of the deal.
Agatha got a cute little puppy to raise as her very own.
The baby didn't get abandoned in the middle of a field.
