Has anyone succesfully created summons in new version?
I have a werewolfd offspring in my inventory, trying to create in research table but never starts the creation.

did you build the nursery ? after i built it i was able to create the summons at the table

The thing is that if i spawn babies frpm the cheat menu work normally but in a clean game i could n't. Note that without cheats i could test only werewolves babies since are close the start point.

AH OK well i got a Minotaur kid on the way so my only way to check with with the cheat but i will let you know when the kid comes

It works perfectly fine for me on the current version (0.8.5.5). I made a werewolf, 2 nightmares, a drake, and 1 minotaur summon. I haven't tried using them, but the research table worked just fine for me.

How are you trying to create the summon? The ones I made were with babies my character had birthed, I don't know if using semen to create a summon works.

After visiting DeepWood Cave game menu (by pressing ESC) stops working.

It isn't just that deepwoods cave. I have had that bug (ESC and TAB stop responding) occur randomly every time I have started the game. If you can get to a dungeon or Isabel's tower and enter/exit, the keys start working normally again. For a while.

I haven't been trying to track every instance of it occurring in my game, but it feels like it happens most often when I talk to an NPC or talk to a tamed/summoned creature.
When the TAB key stops responding, I can still press I and open the inventory, but the only way to fix the ESC key issue is to enter a dungeon somewhere.

you can use your building plan and build platforms to get out when you get stuck that is what i do

You can toggle noclip from the cheat menu to get out of stuck situations. There is also the "-" key on your numberpad which works when you get stuck in the floor or in the walls or something. Third option could be to fast travel. If you fall thru the map into the water then noclip cannot be toggled and then you'll have to fast travel to a waystone.
If you fall thru the floor in a dungeon you automatically get transported to the entrance with a message apologizing for falling thru the floor.

Same way through birth. I can press the craft button but it does n't respond by creating.
Also it is not any old save files since i'm thorough with those kind of instructions when i dl beta games.

Thanks both you and Candy1970 for answering though. Since its confirmed that can work normally, i can safely look on my end for the issue.

I just have to say that those Drake towers are some serious BULLLSSSHHHIIIITTT!!!!
I do hope it is a bug, but once the drakes spawn, they respawn as fast as you kill them. So, 3 spawn in at the top of the tower and when you kill one of them another spawns in immediately to take it's place.

The only other glitchy/buggy thing I have run into is something others have already mentioned, the ESC/TAB key stops working. It really feels like it is related to any time you interact with an NPC, but I don't pay enough attention to it to say for certain. It is definitely a pain in the ass, but at least you can use the I key to open your inventory and enter/exit a dungeon to fix the keys.

Does anybody have the problem with H-Scenes not saving your button layouts? I don't have a numb pad, as I use a laptop, and for some reason odd reason, the partner POV also doesn't work? at least when I tried pressing the designated button input for it, it wasn't working. This has been persistent even way back when - so I am not sure if there is a work around it or if its just a me issue.

ITS OK ...sometimes we all need to vent a bit .....i find my self using the cheats when i get frustrated like that ....I am like hell no you are not nerfing shit ....though i had rather play with out having to cheat it ......so believe me when i say i feel your pain

Lots of non desktop replacer laptops don't have a dedicated numpad. Anything like 14'' and smaller usually won't? They will usually have numpad functionality with a FN modifier button.

ah OK i have a 17" laptop now and i have never owned one smaller than 15" so had no idea that was an issue Thanks for the clarification

Seriously, it was just hanging out in a crate, in the ruined fortress. After that I stumbled into two more of the damn things in a Trolkin outpost.
Crystals outside of a dungeon?????

True that. I legitimately found 28 crystals so far and still haven't gone into the demon dungeon yet, nor have I gone to the ruins in the west. Some have been from the three other dungeons, but more were found outside.

Also I haven't seen anyone mention this, but do not go into Stormhammer dungeon. Or save before you do. If you try to leave the dungeon the game doesn't know what to do and it takes you to the main menu screen. Its a cool dungeon compared to the others I guess so maybe check it out, just be sure to save before entering so you can reload that save when you can't get out. This was an issue in last revision and I checked this one and it still persists.

Haven't gone to the ruined castle yet either and there are many crates there with more crystals I'm sure. I found some outside of the dungeons in last revision, but not nearly as much as I'm finding now. Also the mazes have a chest at the center that usually has a crystal.
And finally, there are many tall rock formations scattered throughout the map where you can gather charcoal around them. Some of these have a chest on top of them which is really hard to get to and usually requires high jumping skill. Not all of them will have a chest, usually the taller ones, but the ones near the tower have one on each of them iirc. I didn't find any crystals in these in last revision, but I'm willing to bet there are in this version.

Last time I played the game (almost 1y ago) it was hard to understand what to do after the end of the quests from the man near the sea. Is this thing changed? Are there some new quests or is it easier to understand what to do now?

its a lot easier to understand ... once you finish the old mans quests make a pick axe at the table
... there is copper in the valley at the first hill , you can mine and gather coal and make a furnace to smelt the ore into bronze the bronze you make nails from there you can make a cooking pot using the building plan ....

you can build a house and all kinds of stuff with the building plan

once you have your house and furnace etc ....gather more copper ore go to the village and sell it for cash to the black smith you can then buy iron ore and brimstone from him take it back to your furnace and make steel use the steel to make a sword the iron makes a axe and pick axe that are more durable than the stone ones

or if you dont want to waste time you can use the cheat menu / on the num pad and just find the stuff there

quests the fisherman .....the mayor in the village .....talk to Jacob at his farm get him to tell you about his sisters threaten to expose him he will give you the horse horn to call the horse you can ride .....the tower talk to isabelle the sorceress and do her quests ... note when you get knocked up by the were beasts and are ready to give birth do not give birth outside of the tower be inside the tower when you give birth.....

Thank you so much for the super detailed explanation! It seems like the game has made huge strides since I last tried it. I'll delete my old save and try it again following your advices.

cool just let me know if i can help OH when customizing your character and choosing hair styles pick 1-4 the others may have issues with layering and make you invisible on loading I have not tried them all but i know 1-4 works
