You can milk any time I believe. Its just that you only really need it when you're pregnant. I've stocked up on milk before but in this build I've not ever been successful with the nursing station. No matter what kind of baby I have it always ends up being a troll and it dies immediately when I try to spawn it first time. I got tired of trying so I just dominate them.
Edit: You can also cum anytime, not just when fucking. You can run and cum similar to jackass running and shitting. Kinda funny to do it with that in mind.
