You can unlock all of the scenes (& more!) by enabling Cheats on the main menu before you start the game.

Yes, but it's a long way from being finished. It will happen via their female neighbor (beware the "special" drink) and I'm very eager to see how it will play out.

Like someone else already said, you can use the cheats already in the game. Which you can find before starting a new game (the screen where you can set names, find the guide & tips page etc.).
But if you want to do it through the console you need to basically "apply" the changes that you did. What I always do is either click on a different page and then go back to the page you made the changes on.
The thing with using the console however is that the changes are basically saved on the page you're currently watching, so for example if you change values and refresh the page the changes don't "apply" to the game. Or if you use the back button to go back a page and you go back past the page where you made those changes your changes disappear as well and you would have to reapply them.
Lets say you start a new game and you want to unlock the blowjob 1 scene you can do this:

Yes, and No, but the variable impacted is displayed, and if you don'd like the outcome, you can go back and change the choice.
Also, some things are super confusing... Like High liberty and high control is supposed to give you the 'hot wife' path, but even with both maxed out, she refuses to tell MC the shit she has been up to, like erotic photoshoots etc.

The unlock cheat doesn't unlock the newest scenes in 6.1. It unlocks every other scene, but the ones from 6.1 (the teacher ones) still say LOCKED.
