Look at Patriarch, A Spell for All, College Daze, they're all pretty good, they all have animations, but your choices are mostly meaningless and the women don't feel real, even in makebelieve.
If you want games with good graphics & animations, try "The Villain Simulator" or "Home Together" for example. Both games look great but get boring after seeing few animations. Anyway, if you want good graphics & animations try games made on unity or unreal engine (any 3D engine), Ren'Py is usually pictures with a story.
