Did you ever get a response to this by any chance? I have exactly the same issue as he does. I've gone through all your steps, and i see the image you see, i just can't click on the cellphone/message icon. clicking on it does nothing. If i click on any of the rooms, i get a response that just says 'check your message first', but none of the top level menu button give me any sort of feedback

"I think I had the same problem as risuplinsu with the buttons in the top right not working. What seems to have caused it is running the game in software render mode. I changed it to Opengl and now the buttons are working fine. Normally the first thing I do before playing any renpy game is switch to software rendering because the default setting tends to be unplayable for me.
Though I would not think anyone would get put in software render mode automatically; To switch to opengl click the icon to open the game like normal (might have to click "run") then immediately hold shift. From there you should get a grey screen where you can select Opengl rendering and then just close and reopen the game like normal. "
I would give this a try to see if it works.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately that didn't seem to really do anything. Just for shits i tried the other 2 options as well (directX and software) and no change with those either.
I am running this in hyper-V, so my display adaptor sucks, but it used to work w/out issues a few versions back.

It could be the software, but I am not sure. You might be able to find the answer to your problems over on the discord.

Great game .... I assume there will be more content for most of the 'minor characters' & ex clients, though? I'm curious about stats, since they seem to go to rather ridiculous numbers, too? Just wondering why such a range is needed, thanks 
i have the 0.7i version and i have a guestion... is nicole training bugged... i call her to train but nothing happens only examine and send her home actions r available..
