....while the volunteer group was active moving over old Rags content to the new engine. I was adding the new content to Rags and then porting it over to the next engine as the old Rags content moved over.
Unfortunately, the volunteer group shrunk and I needed to pitch in on Rags content porting myself. As I moved old content over, I also added new content to each client/character I touched, so now the Rags engine is behind the new engine in terms of the new content.
I'm not making a final decision (on killing RAGS]) until the new engine is launched. I think the new version is better in all ways than the Rags engine, which will allow the Rags development to end. But until the new version is live and I get reports confirming that everybody (or almost everybody) is able to play the new version, I'm not going to definitively make that decision.
