The only way I've ever really had any success with Gloria is through hypnotizing her initially and you can eventually implant a trigger in her. You can also gain access to her as a Playboy by working with her husband on solving their little marital issues, and eventually the husband starts feeling more and more.......... generous.
There is no content for the pet store clerk or the legal secretary, meaningful or otherwise.
Skin Diamond (the slave girl) is unlocked through physical discipline during your initial encounter with her. Do it right, and you'll be prompted with the option of pissing in her mouth -- don't do it, but instead send her back to her Master to relieve her of this virginity. She has a variable called "diamond.training_result", and this needs to be above I think 6 or 7 to have ongoing interactions with her beyond seeing her cleaning around the Club.
There is a check for training success with Chelsea, and she is just about the easiest character to keep satisfied post-training. Upon successful training, when you call her to your house you have to be sure and occasionally just talk to her. The idea is you want her to start seeing you as more than a hook up, and eventually she recognizes you are seeing her as more than a hook up. You can also use the Love Potion on her, but it's really not necessary.
Terri has tons of post-training sex content available depending on which player type you are. She can be a big-boob bimbo, a slave, a babygirl, and I think a couple others.
The Donna-Dee threesome also requires that you show Donna porn twice during her training, and one of the times has to be the lesbian porn option. If you don't do that, Dee will never stop by for her initial visit.
It depends on what you means by "best" regarding the girlfriend swinger room options, as each has their own content. You can use that room to progress Chelsea on the bisexual path; Elsa on the Domme/Sub routes; Jasmine has some good stuff. Also, I don't think you need a girlfriend to get into the swingers room, I think if you have live-in clients post-training in other conditions they can accompany you.... like I think you can have Lauren as a bimbo or slave, and you can drag her to the club. (Don't quote me on that specific one, though)
Can someone help me, it's the first time playing this and i'm having a lot of trouble trying to understand what to do, walkthrough seems outdated and i saw that there are a lot of paths, so i suppose there are missable contents; there's to much to do that i don't understand
1.to be successful training them you need to raise theirs sense of self to moderate or high
2.for them to stay with you after being successful in training you need to submit them or make them desire you
3.you need to lower their resistence at the beginning of each workout to LOW so that later their resistence drops as you train them with desire or submission
4.any of the characters is successful with any of the trainings but if you are starting work with playboy-desire-bodouir, dominant-submission-dungeon, hypno-desire or submission-bodoir or dungeon(buying items in stores of the city STEEL TRAP dungeon AND ERO STORE bodoir), leave the moneybags for when you master the mechanics of the game

The only content in the game that's substantively changed in close to 2 years is Becky Sue. They added a 'training' wife (Ivy, portrayed by Asa Akira) before the first wave of Clients, but the paths/options for the Client wives hasn't really changed at all in forever.
Also regarding the stats: The Desire stat is pretty much meaningless for Chelsea. The relevant stat for her progression is Desire_C (desire to change). You can succeed with her training without her becoming fit, but it changes certain post-training content.

Skin Diamond wasn't the girl that Master M sent to my house. It was another girl and she was white.
I was never able to unlock the Donna-Dee threesome. Showing her lesbian porn the second time was part of the walkthrough which I did.
As a playboy, I didn't see any way of doing post training with Terri and turning her into a bimbo, slave, or babygirl.

The other girl Master M sends is Fairyn the trust fund girl. She is definitely more difficult to progress.
The conditions for the Donna-Dee scene are as follows (as I understand them):
1.) Have sex with Donna at least once.
2.) Show Donna your porn stash twice, lesbian only the second time.
3.) Talk to Donna about her children, then talk about her again two more times. The last time. you have to force the issue to get her secret out (that she's sexually attracted to her daughter). I think you can also get to the point where she confesses her attraction to her daughter if you make her masturbate for you a few times.
KEY POINT HERE: You need to have accomplished all of these progress milestones before the first week that Donna says she can't come see you because her daughter is home from school, or at least you have to accomplish all three before you convince her to skip out on her daughter and make her come see you. If you haven't done all three of those things by that time, Dee will never come to confront you, which will preempt that path.
Not 100% sure of this, but you maybe have to have also offered her up to Janice for a lesbian experience before anything can progress with Dee. And there's also a possibility that her Resistance and Submission stats need to be at certain levels, but I'm not really sure. One thing I do know is you can progress to the threesome event after Donna's training engagement has ended. But it's a one-time event that isn't repeatable. At least the blowies with the son can recur.

As a Playboy, I think your only hope of continuing actions with her is if you start our telling her guys like large breasts, and then trying to get her to give you a titjob. You can then invite her over post-training (if you successfully complete her course), and you'll have the option to talk to her a few times about getting her breasts augmented, and one day she magically shows up with big ol' hooties, and has to be re-trained because - and I'm not making this up - you convince her her previous training won't do her any good because her center of gravity is now different. If you play the Hypnotist route with her, you can make her your assistant, but that has a weird endgame that I do not like. If you play the Dominant route, you can enslave her or make her a babygirl, and I think you can make her a pet. (Actually, those last two endings might be available with other player types, too)

This game is gorgeous, it has everything, but i can't keep up with all routes that the game offers. I don't think a wt is necessary, but at least a routes guide would be optimal. Anyway i have some questions:

Not my kink, so I've never pursued that path with Lauren. But I imagine it involves focusing her training on torture/discipline as far as you can take it. And once you successfully complete her training and you invite her over for continuing actions, it would involve a couple more trips to the dungeon for torture/discipline. Just a hunch, but I'd create a backup save and pursue those options and see where you end up.
