The butt growth is explained in the story since she has been going to the gym over the course of the game. Personally the physical transformation to match personality changes is pretty great, it makes for good ntr.

It not only makes good NTR, but also good sharing/swinging/NTS, since you and your wife can explore all this together. Only one of the changes I really dislike are these large breast piercings, never been a fan of something like that. The small one ok, not a fan them either, but they were ok.

Hmm...Going by the name and if the game in question is at least somewhat known, could it be that you want a HS version of Daphne from "Where it all began"? Otherwise it would be better for you using search function with the character name, game and honey select in it.

A few comments from me about the new version 0.59 and the changelog for 0.60. Like on the Kati side, the Lee side has very nice renders of our main characters. The clothes styles differ a lot, which is fitting. Kati side Mei is far more "openhearted" in her clothes choice than Lee side Mei is, if these Mei is more into fetish stuff, like wearing the pink (laquered or PVC) dress in the office.
No matter if we play the romance, sharing/swinging or hard NTR routes, Lee side Mei is/develops far more submissive than Kati side Mei ever will be. I think it is a good choice to fork the new submissive trait into one branch where Mei still has some, if rather weak, backbone and one where she is completely open to commands. This surely will have influence on some storylines, as it will on the rivalry of the MC and Davis.
The storyline with the rival society moves on and this organisation is somewhat dangerous, leaving our couple getting a bodyguard. It is to be seen if the bodyguard stays just a bodyguard or becomes more.

You forgot to delete the other folder in \Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\
The lack of a Lee condition on Davis route ensures that the "end of content" screen will never be shown:
