First off, we have a split depending on if you go onto the Kati or Lee paths, which differ in tone and vibe of the whole story. You will get several events only on one side, this game is not made that you can see all stuff in one playthrough.
No matter if you choose the Kati/Jamal or Lee/Davis side, there are several paths (with subpaths showing subtle differences) you can follow. Full Romance (with and without rivals), Sharing/swinging and full NTR.
currently the ntr route has like 3x the content. i do enjoy the story justr wish had bit more choices to do

That is both correct and incorrect. There are several subpaths to each major route and (I think you go by gallery size)the Dev also put most of the fun, happy sharing/swinging stuff into the NTR gallery. While it is partly a definition matter, several events of the sharing/swinging routes could have also been put into the "normal" gallery.
That the full NTR stuff has more content is no wonder. 3Diddly is a NTR developer, just look at his former work and the majority of his fans are logically NTR lovers. When he made a poll about what his fans like most, over 60% were full NTR fans. We fans of Romance and Sharing/Swinging came in second with about a quarter to a third of the votes. WDR is his first game with major non-NTR routes.
It has been a while since I played and I can't remember how the paths are like, but is it possible to get an NTR route where the MC doesn't encourage the wife to cheat but she does it anyway without the MC knowing, so without snooping? I want a route where the MC isn't telling her to do things that would lead to cheating, like going out on a last date with her ex or accepting the boss' proposition to give massages or something. Most games will hide cheating behind some dumb choices like "Yeah, babe, you can go to the porn director's house party, nothing bad can come from that" or "Sure, you can work at the brothel, you'll just be serving drinks anyway, right?"
You could just turn hardcore mode on and no matter what she'll cheat, even if MC has a good relationship with her

As much as I love this game, and I love it very much. It gets really depressing when you try everything you can to get enough stat points only to find out you don't have enough. My super greatest wish is for the dev to drop this stats requirement system so that we can see the game in the path of our choice without the hindrance of any needed stats. I think it would do wonders to improve the popularity of his game. I'm not saying that it is not a popular game as it is, because, I'm sure that it is. I'm just saying by making it easier to play, you should get more players.

While I see your point of view and know where you are coming from, I personally find it good that we have a stat/trait system in the game. Remember, the person your wife develops into is quite different on the Kati and the Lee routes.
Some storylines make more sense when you need to have certain stats/traits and the thresholds vary depending what path you play. For instance, the stats you need to satisfy your wife on the boat change with the path. It is a lower threshold in the romance path than the sharing one and it is highest with NTR, if you are there at all. You being outside on the hard NTR paths is the norm. (I do not really get how someone can like playing such paths, but different people, different tastes)
Or that for Mei being able to win the Tshirt contest you need Kati friendship/influence points and the exhibitionism trait, which you normally only get on romance and sharing paths. Your wife here needs the knowledge you both gained by lovingly experiment what you both like in bed and the sexual liberal, open mindset of Kati, so she can be brave enough to get really into it.

I get what you are saying, but, you can get all that without the need for stats. At least, have a walkthrough that will direct you on the path that you want. There are too many variables that can deny you of these valuable stats if you make the wrong choice. Are we supposed to keep our own stats as to our choices so we don't repeat the same mistake? I just want to play the game. These stats are killing it for me. I am so frustrated.
I see your point and why you are frustrated. As for the walkthrough, there is one regularly updated for patrons, we here on F95 get one very rarely.
By the way, which paths you would like to do? I might be able to help with some tipps.

If there is a modder out there can we get a gallery mod I am struggling to get stats for certain scenes.
Isn't the changelog for this update literally the same as the last one besides a sentence or two?
Hmm? 0.38 is the end of the current Lee/Davis update block. 0.39/40, available for the patrons, are the first part of the next Kati/Jamal side update, with 0.41/42 the coming ones.
If you tell me which scenes you have problems with, I might can give you some tipps.
