Hmmm? While the full romance and the positive sharing paths are still developing (as do the cuck and NTR ones), you can have some very wholesome scenes with your wife.
You even can disable NTR and then your main task is getting your wife to really fall for you. Even without NTR, this can be botched, but also being a great romance path.
You just need to create obb folder and name it three.diddly.wdr then put the obb file and install the apk.

I really appreciate the dev adding a sharing route to this netorase is my favourite type of ntr.
If you enable the hardcore mode at game start, you should better be a NTR lover, because hardcore mode was put in specifically for the NTR lovers. The possibility for love and sharing are both disabled, stat/skill checks at impossible difficulties...Unless you like sinkholes of humanity stealing your wife away while at the same time being treated as a doormat at best, stay away from that mode.
I speedrun this path only for completeness reasons and deeply loath the characters and their depiction in this mode. which shows how good it is made. Not my thing, but the NTR guys will love it.

so if you follow the walkthrough, then you should still be able to pass stat/skill checks despite the added difficulty? I've played this game before, but lost my saves hence me restarting, but didn't see the hardcore option in my last playthrough
No, if you enable the hardcore mode at gamestart(!) you WILL loose, for anybody outside NTR lovers (who want this to happen)the hardcore mode is unwinable!
If you start the game with sharing and normal NTR on, then you have several paths you can go. From full romance to various sharing routes further to cuckolding and stronger NTR.

As I mentioned a couple posts above, I made a speedrun through the hardcore mode again, since a member asked me a question. And I once again was reminded playing it how much I loath the characters/depictions in this path, it is simply not mine. But these loathing for the chronical liars, cheaters and the MC who is happy to be a doormat shows that you have made a path which should make the NTR lovers really happy. That path and the NTR area are well on their way and you are really good making it.
Now the other paths present in WDR have this potential to be great fun for their fans too. Since I do not know towards what end scenarios you currently develop the romance and sharing routes, here are a couple more ideas. Not fully formulated as the ones I sent in an earlier post, due to knowing only bare generalities of the future scenes, but maybe there is something among it you like.

Lol, as I was typing up this post, the dev posted some news. Thanks for that. I would be one of those players that dislike humiliation directed at the male MC. Cheers! Anyway, back to what I was typing... ^^"
Did a blind playthrough using the public version of this game for the first time. 3Diddlyf95zone has definitely grown as a developer from his first game and comics. The writing is pretty good with only few grammatical mistakes, and the images are nice to look at overall. Plus, there are Easter eggs from his previous works in this game.
Having said that, I believe I encountered a route error in the game. I admit that I'm not a fan of NTR or wimpy male MCs so I appreciate that 3Diddly included a pure (but naughty) love route and an NTS sharing route while seemingly not making the male MC deficient in any way. Thus, without making any rollbacks or selecting other choices I generally played the game that way -- the male MC being an upstanding guy while pursuing the female MC but avoiding any NTR situations being telegraphed despite being enabled. This generally worked and I've enjoyed this first playthough.
So here's where I think the problem came up. At some point in the game, the female MC will ask the male MC advice about which job she should take full-time -- with either Davies or Jamal. On this run, I chose Davies of the binary choice given. However, I've been switching the influencers from time to time as I played the game. Just prior to this point, I had Katie (and by extension, Jamal) influencing the female MC. Going forward with the game, the game said Lee was the influencer and could not be changed (but it was still set on Katie). Thus, instead of seeing developments with Lee and Davies with the female MC, I kept seeing situations involving Katie and Jamal instead despite avoiding the bar. This seems like an easy fix, but I suspect it would be true if Lee was selected as the influencer and if a player recommended to the female MC to work with Jamal. Just a heads up to the dev as I don't think this was actually intended to work that way.
Good game so far. Cheers for not railroading players into content they might wish to avoid. That takes a lot of effort.
