Diddly, now that wifey is pregnant (with somebody's baby), keep letting that belly grow. Would like to see her fucking with a big belly. Probably never. The dev did run into a problem when porting it to android so he decided it not worth the effort.
Is there a way to see the events of both influencers at the same time and kind of connect them or if I have one do I have to take it to the end?

No, they are two completely different stories that are not compatible, almost like separate games.
While the marriage in the beginning is for Mei´s greencard, there are several ways this relationship can develop. Romance, simply friendship, just roommates, there are options.
The MC and his wife have been friends since school, had sympathies for each other, but did not date for a couple reasons. Now is your chance.

Without spoiling anything: This game give you many choices in how you relate to others and develop your relationships, and how much you actually know about what's going on. This includes NTR, according to the strictest definitions of NTR we have from ancient scrolls dating back to the late Feudal era/Early Modern Edo-period Japan.
Played it, jamal path, a bit of a shame that it doesn't use better the lover and love level, creating tension, and change in their behaviour, with the possibility of more friendship, a throuple, whatnot. J. has to be a gangsta and obey to the tropes. There could have been a way to make him a normal bar owner, and have a more normal relationship with him. Like now: one path is to keep her for yourself and two, to have her gangbanged?!
Actually there are such granular options for the Kati/Jamal paths, with e.g. Jamal a good, close friend (even if he stays a "gangsta"). You have to be strategic with your decisions and love/rival points and you can unlock quite a number of different situations, from pure romance to Sharing/Swinging to hard NTR.
As for keeping Mei for yourself or have her gangbanged that is not fully correct, there are other options as well. But these hinge on events you chose or decided, your traits and your love/rival scores. Mei can also be exicted for a gangbang, you can still just share her with Jamal, etc. Options are there, as said before, former events, traits and love/rival scores impact this.
Ok, I played the jamal route with both jobs, ended with 10/2 love points with the military job, and 7/6 with the snoop one. I did not notice real differences. I liked the game very much, liked the evolution, in both i manged to have a real loving relationship with her. It just feel wrong to me that in both I did not see much difference, J is not only a gangsta but encourage her to be gangbanged? What the point of him having love points? And has for babies goes you've 2 choices with gangbanged which is a wee bit gross (I tend to roleplay so I cannot imagine doing it, my problem, not judging others' kinks), one where you'll be the father, if no accident with J. the other J. alone (if no accident with MC)? It should be in consideration with LP too, like if J has more than MC she might be his main love and you the side affair... And why not a variation, with them three letting fate decide...
Thar´s why I said strategic decisions. Some event choices count in the background, you do not see it openly. Also the love/rival points make differences. If they are far apart, close, equal or even the rival points in front.
For instance, you can get a nice scene in the club, if you are friends with Jamal, have high love/rival points (7+) and the rival score is temporarly one point (not more) higher than the love score. Or your talk with Mei during the Bahamas holiday is different depending if your love score is higher, equal or lower than the rival score and what you chose during the birthday party.

Just a fast additional answer. The Kati/Jamal and Lee/Davis routes (also the future Tanja and Lisa routes) all have general "themes". On Kati´s routes Mei can develop (esp. if the player encourages her) towards a confident, exhibitionistic, sexually uninhibited girl. You can clearly see this if you just look at her development over time. At the beginning of the sharing/swinging paths Mei is insecure how far our couple should go when close to the end you and Mei joke about and decide that not only the MC will keep her pregnancy libido in check, but Jamal and Co too.
You will not see such a development on the Lee side of the game. There e.g. dom/sub play and fetish clothes play the big role.
