I had a few things on my mind today:
1. the team needs replacement players. We can assume that the 6 LIs will be the regulars. This means that something will happen, that Desiree will leave the basketball team. My first candidates for substitutes are therefore Anna and Rebecca, if only to protect Desiree from our protagonists. They also have a humorous dynamic with the protagonist (the conversation between the two girls and MC about Desiree being too friendly and trusting shows that there's no real antipathy there). My candidate number 3 is Bianca. Unlike Anna and Rebecca, we know that she can at least play volleyball. Also, as I've described in the past, it would definitely be an asset if Zoe used her as a “conversation partner” if she (Zoe) and MC were to get closer and she (Bianca) were to complain to MC about it, something along the lines of “And I have no one to blame but myself, I had to wish you two would finally sleep together to clear the air between you. Ugh!”. Aside from that, MC needs substitutes, plus at least one more, why in the next point.
2. what the next updates could be about: I think it will center around getting Fiona and Lexi excited about joining the team. I suspect Fiona's problem will be addressed first, and the way she was described by Lexi I still assume it must have been something massive that made her react like that. Once Fiona is on board you could try to motivate Lexi with the fact that Fiona is there now and then she can have her clarifying match against Fiona in training matches. I think what caused Lexi to give up volleyball will also have been massive, so it might only be resolved in Update 4. But I'm open to that. Depending on how much time these two take, the next update will deal with Desiree's switch from basketball to volleyball and how to make these 6 personalities into a team.
I see conflicts with these combinations:
Eve vs Saki, with Lexi's personality confusing both of them this could be balanced though
Eve vs Zoe (primarily because of Zoe's high standards)
Zoe vs Lexi/Saki/Desiree (because she reminds Saki of her sister) and possibly Fiona
Other than that, I don't know who Fiona might be in conflict with yet, except maybe Lexi, but that's more because of their old rivalry than real antipathy, we haven't seen enough of her personality according to Lexi to make a judgment.
