But Fiona, Desiree and Zoe are empty which is worrying but maybe is as you said only appear when unlocked but weird if so

No, that's how the story goes. I've finished Chapter 3. MC didn't fucked the girls; he just gathered all the seven girls, just like the Dragon Ball.Hope so, the new Lexi one is greyed out, since I haven't played yet.

To be fair, given the way literally everything has gone so far it's not that surprising. Johan isn't exactly close enough with most of the girls for lewds. I'd almost wager Lexi's party girl persona was conceived specifically to counteract this and create one "problematic" character who is fine fooling around. We all knew it was gonna be a slow burn.
I was honestly very surprised that we got that saki scene in the last update already, not having lewds with the more prude/innocent/virgin girls right from the get go doesnt feel wrong to me

Oh I like Lexi too, and it's great to have a new scene with her, but was hoping to have something with the others, and yeah it kinda makes sense to not have it yet, but considering we got the Saki scene pretty soon since we met her I was hopping would be the same with others.

As implied by the many people above complaining about a lack of scenes, not really. It's pretty early in development if what you're wanting is raunchy scenes.
