I would prefer him to continue having romance and intercourse with Lexi because anything else would not make any sense at all. Lexi is the only girl right now showing deep interest in the MC and he responds this feeling. All the other girls still keep quite a distance to him and are miles away from having an intention to sleep with him. It would be completely illogical if any of them is going to jump his bones in the next one or two chapters.

LopaPhi's story's quality wouldn't allow that this path taken goes astray just for creating new sex or lewd scenes with the other girls because many might expect -- sooner or later -- a harem route. At least right now that leads into the wrong direction. The MC and Lexi should start their sexual relationship and live it up extensively. May be there could be also some lewd scenes (below the fuck level) with the other girls, but more wouldn't make much sense.
