So far I found the lion, tiger, goat, female lion, and the female wolf chick
The minotaur is at the top of the highest stairs, to the northwest; he's on a little plateau overlooking the whole village canyon. If you go up the stairs immediately to the west of spawn, you'll find the wolf guy, then the lion girl (near the giant horn), then the wolf girl in order as you proceed across the bridges toward the north. At ground level are: the leopard girl next to the passageway to the southeast of spawn, the goatman and tiger near spawn, and the lion guy is across the bridges to the north.
Finally found the ancient goatman -- he's way, way up on a ledge to the far northeast of spawn. There is a series of steep walkways built on the cliffs as you look to the east-northeast; follow those up to a camp area on a ledge overlooking the eastern section of the camp.
The characters load before the rest of the world models, so you can see most of them if you whip the camera around right as you spawn.
But as LD said, the T key (by default) brings up the spawner, with which you can summon any number of any character. They will spawn near your position, wherever you are -- not just their "home" location. For example, if you go to the Oasis and spawn all of the beasts, you'll have all of the characters there like in the previous build.
As adeptussteve mentioned in the release notes -- but not quoted on the first post of this thread -- make sure to reset your video and input settings for the new control scheme/key bindings to take effect. Mods, would you add the reminder to the changelog?
