The sandbox needs some basic-animation-presets.
There should be a system that can track hands and feet, private parts, mouth and tongue, so that when you do whatever custom animation, you can just throw the "blowjob" or "footjob" or "hip thrust" preset on it, while maintaining your custom pose.

The funny thing is, with this many years in UE4 and now on to 5, eventually you'd stick together some semblance of a gameplay loop.
Kill a mob, pick up the goodies, go back to "home" and sort out all your shit, boost a stat or two, jerk off or something, then go to bed and end a day cycle ingame.
Rinse repeat.
A 2 month boot camp in ue can get someone to prototype a semblance of a game. Don't need triple A rpg ideas, but at least some systems in place to inspire that there is at least some direction.
They're building a house and started with the roof, so yeah things aren't going anywhere but hoooo wow look at dem titties, aren't they grand?

Ya'll have no idea what you're even talking about. I invite you to join their discord and have a look around to confirm for yourself that the devs are very much actively developing content for it and not just sex animations.

In this instance it has the correct world scale, and can even let you configure it. Everything in regular wildlife is around 25% too big when viewed in VR. UEVR, the christmas VR demo, and the old UE4 versions from around 2019 all have the correct scale as well, but at some point the they broke it after moving to UE5, and it would appear noone with any ability to fix that has even noticed.

Steve and the team are probably top 5 developer teams in the world, possibly even the BEST. INFACT I would state and bet on my wife's son's life that IF steve was the head of CONCORD it would have never failed and been an avengers franchise equvalent in the video game sphere. Instead he has given his talents to porn the naysayers here should be grateful and become eccentrics to understood properly wildlife teams expertise.

Did you ever fix the textures in the VR mode on UE5? It always seems to load a super low-res fallback for me, it's keeping me on UE4 for now.

One thing you might try is to lower your VR resolution / density.
This seems to be a workaround with UE versions 5.4 and lower.
I have found that the textures loading in are synonymous with a higher frame rate. But is just from my setup / experience.
