I'm not sure Patreon money is considered income;

I actually googled that before I made my response and it's definitely taxable income.

The other poster might be right in that germany may allow certain deductables depending on what you spend the money on but I doubt you're going to get away tax free with the 100k before you start paying expenses.

Either way though we agree that 100k breaks down into reasonable/low pay very quickly and these people complaining about being ripped off or w/e don't have a leg to stand on.

I love that quite a few people see a $$$ number and forget that it's not for only one person. There's an entire studio that needs cash if something breaks (and perhaps is only rented), over 10 people who want to eat, enjoy life and have to pay taxes and many more things i have no idea about cuz i never was in such a situation.

But sure...they probably invest the cash into drugs and whores for 24/7 party and the game programs itself.

What people here always seem to forget, or just more of the same ill informed opinions arrive with new users, is that they dont charge you 10$ a month for their finished product. It is not a sales agreement. Its a support pledge for a running production, which is a completely different thing. You arent entitled to product support, or a refund, you cant hold them accountable for missing dates. You pledge on patreon to make this game development possible and they reward you with work in progress versions as they go. Thats all there is to it.
If everyone were like you, thinking not paying because the game isnt finished justifies pirating it here and on top of that talk shit and insult the devs then the game wouldnt even exist at all. So turn your brains on again and have a little gratitude that someone else out there is actually paying them so they can do this.

i don't have a single issue with patreon, if the game is progressing nicely though. 10 a month adds up. After a few months you've paid for the cost of the game, but in some cases, the game has barely progressed. It feels like you're running in place.

I stopped supporting after the previous update failed to bring much new. It's clear the game isn't progressing outside of a model here and there and a few animations. Are they really going to just keep spending time on animations and no other game play? That lead me to believe the game isn't really going anywhere. I'm happy to be proven wrong though! I'd love to see this game turned into a survival game or something (why make another fetch quest game!?!?!)

as far as spending money, people need to see a return. People here act like we should be happy to just give money to people on patreon cause it's the good, honest thing to do. To heck with that! You want my money, you better earn it!

with a list of group scenes. In order to do these scenes, you have to walk up to each participant and tell them to follow you. Once you have all members there will be a new option for "Sex [Group]"

You don't have to keep supporting them in between updates. If a new version comes out, give them the 10 bucks for the month then cancel your subscription after you downloaded the new version.

As far as update content goes, I can't remember where I read it, but they have a pretty good team of people working on some massive improvements set to be released throughout the year. These changes take a lot of time, of course, which is why we are only seeing small updates with nothing more than new/reworked animations. I assume they are separate teams, so while one team works on the big stuff, the other team can work on the smaller stuff and release minor updates as they go along.

Hey, I'm so glad they enabled VR again, I only play this in VR mode, but it looks blurry as hell. I have checked the config files and there is no VR option! With high end graphics, it should be possible to get better resolution!

Does somebody have any clue on how to improve the VR quality? Sorry to bring this up again :/

The game has massive potential, awesome animations, lovely character models, etc., though I can't help but feel that the extraneous gameplay (open world, combat, shooting, all of that) may end up holding this game back from reaching its full potential as a porn game.

Kinda of like how I feel regarding Chronicles of Alexstraza. Those game have maybe the best 3D models and animations around, but it is all kinda of wasted with a gameplay that is a chore to play.
