From what I can tell they're all named Shipping, because it's a version that's being shipped, or rather released. The difference is between the Test Build (censored and stuff) and the Full Build, which has all the stuff and none of the censorship.
It's the same thing, there's the test build which is an early preview for $25, the latest version is the $10 which is the $25 with extra development and bugfixes, the free censored version is the $10 version but censored and can be downloaded from their pateron without having to be a patron.

They're making seven figures a year, so likely never.
They actually tried a couple years ago, since then they scrapped what they had for whatever reasons, made an even worst 'story-mode', and I wouldn't be surprised if they scrap the idea totally. I mean, their 'simulator' is fine, animations are pretty good, but it's boring fast.
Pixeldrain still works if you reach the limit, it just slows the download, which is better than Mega which just gives a hard cutoff and makes you wait 12 hours before you can continue the download
For Mega just use a VPN to continue the download. I do it regularly and have no issues. Even with large files, just swap country once the hard limit appears and it will continue.

If I was paying for it I might be inclined to care. Otherwise it doesn't need to be anything more complex than "sex anims make pp hard". I've jerked off to worse vaporware. Pretty sure everyone knows about the "curse of LoK" by now.
