Interesting seeing this from a user with a subverse signature - a game that has been way too overhyped by the devs and actually has zero playable content. Because if you are skipping this game for the reasons you named then you'll be skipping subverse for the next couple of years too. Just trying to get where that statement comes from.
I said: "For now" before your quote, and yes, I do intend to wait until subverse has some months of development before playing it. Wild Life might have some good animations, but so does any illusion game, or any Kiss game. The graphics are great, but the performance isn't, different from the ones of those two companies.
Unknown Developer; Doom 2016 is ID Tech, this is UE4. Completely different game engines. ID Tech utilizes mega-textures, and a bunch of other features that UE4 lacks. Also, optimization hasn't been a huge focus for them right now, rather content has been the higher priority, so go figure it doesn't always run well. If you have suggestions on how they can improve performance, offer them, otherwise it is pointless to compare games with completely different game engines.
Irrelevant. What matters is what kind of hardware do you need to play this game smoothly, mine is a standard gaming PC capable of playing reasonably well the recent games, if you need more than that to play Wild Life, then the audience will be quite small indeed. This isn't the only game on the market, 3D Custom Maid is complete and better in every aspect (graphics (since you can go with Full features, while in Wild Life you have to remove some to increase performance), char creator, positions, gameplay...) currently present in Wild Life. I know they will develop further, of course, that's why I said it has potential and FOR NOW you can skip it.
