I understand, but buying a new system is very costly, and upgrading the current one is also impossible. Both the laptop support for drivers and OS were discontinued. A good gaming laptop with everything latest in mid-range costs me 200,000 Indian Rupees and it can take all my whole year's income. I noticed the same problem. With me it was the graphics settings, on ultra it plays unbearably slow, but when I turned it down to high it sped up to a more natural feeling speed.

Well, it's playable. But I don't fucking understand why the dev has to put sex scenes in the gallery. Fucking during combat would add to the immersion. A heroine getting raped by zombies during combat. And fighting to unlock sex scenes with vomitous zombies is a shitty prize.
