Looks like he doesn't care much about the porn anymore, he's just doing nasa like experiments to release stuff people will only jerk off and trow out.
In the long therm this stuff is great and give other creators that use his stuff make great content, but IMO most of them lack the expressive touch that wildeer gives to his pictures and animations, it's the difference between art and some renders posing.

That wasn't her boyfriend he was just some dude who was into her, and constantly trying to impress her. That's the reason why I think that what he's doing is smart, if he was only delivering porn pictures with no working on his skills he would be as you say, one DCMA away to lose literally everything. In this case he can go and get a job when this fantasy ends and he'll have a lot of experience.
