Interesting take.

I do think that almost every skilled Blender 3dx artists would tell you, that even with a pathway full of obstacles and unfortunate events, there is still no way it takes this long to produce a 10-15min animation, however if you chose to believe him who am I to tell you not to...
The logic regarding his Lara Croft model, which is definitely awesome btw., however is flawed in my opinion.
So just because he did this one great thing a few years back he's allowed to do all these highly questionable things now?
Following this logic I could donate all my money to charity and then start robbing banks, stealing etc. afterwards and whenever some1 tries to hold me accountable for my wrongdoings, I simply state that I donated all my money to charity at one point which is why I'm no allowed to do whatever I want now, without fearing the consequences. Just like people are still benefiting from Wildeers Lara model (other artists using it to provide great content) he made a few years back, the charity that got all my money is still benefiting from it.
Maybe I misread you're statement, feel free to correct me.
Oh and no worries M8 we're all aware of the fact that GK P3 is going to be released at some point but did you ever think about the possibility, that not supporting Wildeer anymore, could actually drastically shorten the amount of time people would have to wait for his animations to be released?
Currently he's getting 10k+ a month no matter what happens but if people would leave he would have to provide content to get the money, a simple trade, he get's something he wants from you (which is money) and you get something you want from him (animations).
Sadly patreon encourages this "get stuff without providing anything in return other than a vague hope" behavior, why wouldn't they, it gets them paid
This is not meant to be mean or disrespectful towards you btw. I'm sure you're a really nice guy, I just feel like that's exactly what people like Wildeer take advantage of, very nice people with an endless amount of patience and lot's and lot's of goodwill.
