depends what you consider slow burn. does it take years to get to a point with a resolution in the game? no, not really. are there "quests" that need you to go through the entire game to get to the end of? yea. 99% of games out there are like that.Looked interesting but I dislike slow burns ;/
The most comprehensive review says it's a slow burner so I'd like to ask if anyone is also not into slow burns but played this game do they regret it or is it worth it to go through the wait? Thanks
i for one hate slow burns, the kind where you'd need to wait for 10+ chapters for simple answers. if they're inferred at some point and then you just end up finishing the game to see if your guess was right, then that, i do like. that would be the reason i waited 'til book 2 of LoM came out before playing (someone did me the "favour" of spoiling the ending of it), so i'd say if you want to see the complete story, wait 'til it's all done.
