1thing is crystal clear,I think.Month January of 2024 will hardly resemble anything of January 2022.

Pretty much, yes. Those games are still badly+lazily made.
Like you said: People are trying to copy something without understanding it.

To me, the issue is that he's a dumbass. AND constantly gets his ass saved by sheer plot con by just being a Gary Stu. While being portrayed as some genius. It's trying to take him serious. When he keeps doing cartoonishly stupid things. That work against all odds. Like: Bad example but: Take say... Mammoth from Teen Titans. And he... "found" one of Raven's panties. And: Unless she agrees to perform in a live, televised gangbang at the stadium: He is going to admit to the police that he broke into her room to steal her panties. So she agrees. Because... otherwise his plan would fail. Like; this is the level of quality we're dealing with here.
Art is pretty good though. All the girls being copy pasted is a bit... "eh..." however. Would have been nice if they at least got unique models.

And could be. Not knowing shit about the character certainly helps.
For comparison: Many of the character acts as accurate as Raven going "UwU senpai!" and running around like Pinkie Pie.
So, it's quite a bit rougher on fans of the show.

And yeah, as many, many, many have talked about here: The shitty story is kinda the main issue, like mentioned above.The story takes direct quotes and scenes from the series. And then... throws them out the window and ignores them. It keeps being this song and dance where you think X will happen. But then it doesn't because... reasons. And porn needs to be shoehorned. There's quite a few situations where there's perfect opportunity to include a sex scene. (Like: Hay Lin is one many like to complain about: She's quite literally begging to suck his dick. And he basically goes "No, fuck off bitch! I don't have consensual sex!". And many, many more... where it just completely goes 180 to excuse sex for no good reason. While often throwing out the good reason. Several characters completely change alignment or personality on the dime to excuse the sex scenes.


TL-DR: I'm not expecting the shining level writing. But I AM expecting it to be coherent, and actually follow through on what it presents. Not sure how coherent this has been but. To quickly use TT again, as that's almost guaranteed that you've seen: Say Raven's crystal breaks, Trigon is loose. So: Robin shows up and rapes Raven. Because we needed a sex scene here. He was on her side for this entire time. But you know: He has a dick. So... And after that: We're never going to address that Trigon escaped. We're instead gonna show Slade fucking princess Peach in the next update. (Now, the creator HAS said that he has a master plan that will explain all the plotholes and inconsistencies. But, we've yet to see anything of that.)[/SPOILER]

Agreed, but I am curious on when that Hay Lin scene takes place though, I'm pretty sure I've exhausted the game's content in its current state but I might have just forgotten about it.

EDIT: nvm I took it as Hay Lin literally begging for his dick when they were just referring to Cedric's actually pretty lighthearted relationship with her before he blackmails her

which, well, does have some justification in that it would make more sense to blackmail and harass the guardians due to that weakening their magic

but then again revealing that he is Lord Cedric to them while being in a relationship with them would probably have the same effect so ehh

Yeah, "begging" is a bit exaggerated. But as said: She was very willing and quite eager.

His sperm is what weakens them. So... his useless blackmail attempts that work because of bad writing doesn't make sense outside of "Well, the game IS a rape game..."
